Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once it's on its way.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Orders over $75 AUD ship free.
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Rest of world (international): 5–10 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed — actual delivery times can vary with customs processing, courier volume, and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress to your door.
Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
