All prices on our site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including sizing guidance for the ChinRest Dog Life Vest. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free. Please refer to our sizing guide and contact us at pawsplashsupport@gmail.com if you have questions before ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

All eligible purchases are covered by our 60-Day Calm-Water Guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Product Use and Safety

PawSplash products, including the ChinRest Dog Life Vest, are swim aids designed to support a dog in the water. They are not a substitute for direct supervision. You are responsible for supervising your dog at all times when they are in or near water, fitting the vest correctly, and using the product in line with any instructions provided. PawSplash is not liable for injury, loss, or harm resulting from misuse, improper fit, or lack of supervision.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is the property of PawSplash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct
